You can be part of the most innovative rehabilitation facility in our state. Hillcrest Country Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team in our  Rehab Cottage.  Designed for a home-like experience with private rooms, family-style dining, a cyber cafĂ© and a state-of-the-art therapy gym, the Rehab Cottage is a 22-bed post-acute facility focused exclusively on short term rehabilitation.  This beautiful facility rounds out the full continuum of care offered on our campus at 60th Street and Highway 370 in Papillion. The Rehab Cottage is seeking Cook Candidates.

Key Responsibilities for Cook:
-Prepare and serve nutritious, appetizing and colorful meals to patients
-Follow a routine cleaning schedule in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards and facility policies
-Ensure all duties performed by other culinary team members are carried out according to cottage policy and state / federal regulation
-Must be able to manage multiple tasks such as preparing room service trays while also serving patients choosing to come out to the dining room

Key Requirements for Cook:
-High School diploma or GED required
-Culinary education / degree is preferred
-One to two years of short order style cooking
-Serve Safe certificate or willing to obtain within one month of hire
-Must understand PAR levels and how to manage inventory
-Excellent customer service skills
