Chief Executive Officer
Michael has more than 25 years of experience in technology sectors, including mobile, telecom, and IT, with expertise in driving emerging and transformative growth strategies for leading global companies. Prior to joining HealthcareSource, he was the CEO of Ipswitch, a software company that produces and sells file transfer and network management software for IT professionals, and healthcare was one of the company's largest vertical segments. The company was sold to Progress (NASDAQ: PRGS) in April 2019 for $225M in cash. Previously, Michael was Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Xura, as well as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at American Tower Corporation. He was also a founder and senior executive at Helio, a leading mobile virtual network operator acquired by Sprint, and a Partner at Altman Vilandrie & Co., where he worked on corporate strategy initiatives for Samsung, Disney, AT&T and ESPN. Michael was Captain in the United States Air Force, where he oversaw a number of different technology defense programs in the Intelligence Command. He has a Bachelor's degree from Villanova University and a Master's degree from Bentley University.
Chief Strategy Officer
David is responsible for HealthcareSource product and solution strategy with oversight of the multi-year roadmap, related market research, and new product innovation. He has over 20 years of experience in talent management leadership roles. Previously, David cofounded the Oracle Sales Academy, a sales enablement organization serving Oracle’s global sales team. Prior to Oracle, David was Head of Taleo Research where he researched key topics related to strategic talent management. David has also served as VP of Product Marketing for Learn.com and as Chief Strategy Officer for Knowledge Impact, where he spearheaded OEM relationships with PeopleSoft, Clarify, and Witness Systems. David has been a thought leader in the field of human capital management across a variety of critical subjects, including learning theory, social enterprise practices, and strategic talent management. He has contributed to major national and regional events, including chairing the HR Metrics Conference, keynoting the Training Conference and ATD Chapter Leaders Conference, and headlining TriState ASHHRA, MSHHRA, VaSHHRA, and the annual ACHCA Convocation. In addition to his extensive speaking experience, David has written dozens of magazine articles for industry publications, including McKnight’s Senior Living, AHA Health Forum, Healthcare Dive, Hospitals & Health Networks, and Becker’s Hospital Review, among others. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.
Chief Sales Officer
Katherine oversees a team of client focused sales professionals across the United States. Before joining HealthcareSource, Katherine was a senior executive responsible for the Client Organization at ATI, the nation’s preeminent eLearning provider for technology based adaptive content solutions for nursing students. She also held leadership roles at the only full-service executive leadership solutions firm committed exclusively to the healthcare industry, created new business lines for a CLIA certified genetic sequencing lab, and launched a telemedicine suite of solutions for the nation’s leading ambulatory health monitoring services company. Additionally, she held various sales and leadership positions at Cerner. Her healthcare career began at St. Luke's Health System, a National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award recipient. Katherine earned her Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Health Care Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
Chief Technology Officer
Patrick leads application development, product management, platform strategy, IT, and technical operations. He has worked in software development and technology management for more than 20 years and has developed a passion for building scalable Agile teams and software solutions with a keen focus on client experience. Prior to HealthcareSource, Patrick held senior engineering management positions at Epsilon, Seachange, and Dialogic. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Boston College.
Chief Client Officer
Sarah leads the company’s technology and consulting services, support operations, and client success teams across the U.S. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and has run Customer Experience at other organizations including Nanthealth and Navinet. She also held leadership positions in marketing, IT, and services at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Sarah is the Founder and President of Lean In Boston, a non-profit focused on the advancement of women. She has a B.S., Management from Tulane University and a Master's, Management from Harvard University Extension School.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Kerry leads the talent function and has over 20 years of experience providing HR support and leadership in academia, entertainment, and software. Her broad experience includes organizational development, talent management, employee and labor relations, benefits, compensation, technology, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining HealthcareSource, Kerry served as the Managing Director of HR Operations at WGBH Educational Foundation. She served in various finance and human resources leadership roles at Harvard University for ten years, working for the General Counsel’s office, the Police Department, and the Office for Sponsored Programs. Prior to joining Harvard University, Kerry was the HR Manager for Clear Channel Entertainment - Broadway in Boston and was the local HR leader and management representative for four of Boston’s largest theaters. Kerry earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., and possesses a Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM (SHRM-SCP).
Ph.D., Scientific Advisor
Dr. Morgeson is the Scientific Advisor for our behavioral assessment solution, as well as an Eli Broad Professor of Management at The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He teaches, conducts research, and consults across a range of areas in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, including leadership, work analysis and design, work teams, and personnel selection and staffing. Dr. Morgeson is also the founding and current Editor of the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, former Editor of Personnel Psychology, co-author of the leading job analysis book, and the former Chair of the Academy of Management's HR Division.

Senior Director, Marketing
Maureen leads the product marketing direction and strategic vision for the company’s talent management software and advisory solutions. Most recently, Maureen’s focus has been on driving product strategy and direction for several new product ideas and development efforts, closely aligning with customer needs and associated sales enablement initiatives. Prior to this role, Maureen led global sales enablement at Oracle, supporting 1,500 salespeople worldwide in the positioning, marketing, and sales of the company’s midsized talent management solution. Maureen held the role of Senior Director of Product Management at Taleo for nearly four years, until its acquisition by Oracle. In this role, she was responsible for market research, wireframe design, agile product ownership, release management, and go-to-market strategy. Maureen has been in the talent management software business for over 25 years, holding various roles, such as Client Support Specialist, Implementation Consultant, Sales Consultant, Programmer, Product Manager, and Product Marketer, at companies including SkillSet Software and Talemetry (previously HireDesk), in addition to HealthcareSource.
Senior Director, Strategy - Talent Acquisition Solutions
Jason is responsible for defining the vision for the HealthcareSource Talent Acquisition solutions. Prior to joining the organization, Jason cofounded a leading physician recruitment software platform, used by hospitals and health systems throughout the U.S. Jason has been with HealthcareSource since 2010 and has been working in the healthcare talent management space for over 15 years.
Product Marketing Strategist
Martha focuses on healthcare organizations’ talent management needs and challenges in order to shape and deliver software solutions from HealthcareSource that address those challenges. Prior to joining HealthcareSource, Martha served as Vice President of Human Resources for a multi-state long-term care management company. She has more than 15 years of experience in all facets of healthcare human resources, including recruitment and selection at the corporate and regional level as well as providing direction and support to the communities. Martha holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the designation as Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
